The Frinsa Collective focuses on experimental processing, producing Honeys, Naturals, and single-variety lots. The coffee is rinsed, sorted, and depulped the same day it’s delivered, fermented for 18 hours, washed, and dried on patios for 7–10 days.

Oddly Correct Coffee Roasters is a Kansas City, Missouri micro‑roaster and café that set out to do things differently. Founded by artist‑roaster Gregory Kolsto in 2008, it pursues excellence through coffee with a "low‑brow/high‑quality" ethos, roasting small batches and offering mind‑opening coffee experiences.
