The Jardín de Aromas is more than just coffee; it is the result of the passionate work of a collective of women producers from Costa Rica. Located in the mountainous region of Carrizal, Alajuela, these women have come together to create their own micro-mill, allowing them to control every step of production—from harvesting to processing—and to give a stronger voice to women in the coffee industry.
About Nordik
Nordik Café is a micro roastery and café in Blainville, Quebec, founded in 2019 by chef Pierre Luc Carrière and his sister Édith. Inspired by Nordic coffee culture, they roast light, fruit‑forward coffees and serve brunch, creating warm, convivial experiences that celebrate quality and hospitality.
