This remarkable coffee comes from the Ikizere group, a collective of 23 women producers from the Nyaruguru district of Rwanda. They pool their expertise to offer exceptional specialty coffee. Cultivated at altitudes between 1550 and 1850 meters, this washed Red Bourbon is processed at the Fugi station, where cherries are depulped manually using traditional Rwandan methods. The cup profile is bright, with floral and sweet notes, showcasing the elegance typical of Nyaruguru terroirs.
