About Nordik
Nordik Café is a micro-roastery born in 2019 in Blainville, Quebec. It fuses specialty coffee roasting with Nordic inspiration, offering light roasts that highlight fruity or floral notes and a café menu of fresh brunch dishes. The café seeks to create a warm, convivial atmosphere where high-quality coffee and hospitality meet. Founder Pierre Luc Carrière, a trained chef, opened Nordik with his sister Édith to bring Nordic-style coffee culture to their neighbourhood. Ten months after opening, he began roasting in-house, applying culinary precision to develop roasts that respect the beans and maximize their natural flavours. The family-run business focuses on community and sharing memorable coffee experiences.
