Moklair Coffee Roaster

Moklair is a boutique specialty roastery and coffee bar in Reims, France, founded in 2020 by barista champion Kevin David and former brewers champion Charity Cheung. The founders spent a year perfecting their roasting techniques before launching their online boutique and opening the shop in early 2022. Competition is in Moklair’s DNA: the team has amassed French Barista and Brewers Cup titles between 2022 and 2025 and regularly competes on world stages. Their coffee philosophy focuses on light, precise roasting, clean and bold flavour profiles, and a producer-first programme with transparent, lot-specific sourcing. The micro-roastery's bar treats extraction as part of quality, showcasing high-scoring coffees that support sustainable farms.
