Wubita Queen comes from Gedeb, one of the most renowned coffee origins in Ethiopia. It is produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee, led by Wubit Bekele, a pioneer in promoting women’s leadership and sustainable development in the Ethiopian coffee industry. This lot was fermented anaerobically for nine days, yielding a cup both vibrant and refined.

Moklair Coffee Roaster, a micro-roastery and coffee bar in Reims, France, was founded in 2020 by barista champion Kevin David and brewer champion Charity Cheung. Known for light-roasted competition coffees, Moklair has collected multiple barista and brewers titles and showcases precise sourcing and extraction.
