Mukuru Gardens comes from the slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains in western Uganda, a region as complex as it is promising. Over the years, Norman and The Coffee Gardens have built strong relationships with local producers, training them in selective picking, density sorting, and slow, controlled drying. This rigorous work has significantly elevated the level of Ugandan natural coffees.
About Moklair Coffee Roaster
Moklair Coffee Roaster, a micro-roastery and coffee bar in Reims, France, was founded in 2020 by barista champion Kevin David and brewer champion Charity Cheung. Known for light-roasted competition coffees, Moklair has collected multiple barista and brewers titles and showcases precise sourcing and extraction.
