Moklair Coffee Roasters began in 2020 when barista champions Kévin David and Charity Cheung set out to create a boutique roastery in Reims, France. They spent a year perfecting their roasting techniques before launching an online boutique and opening their coffee bar in early 2022. Moklair selects coffees for their clean, high‑quality attributes and bold character. Competition is in their DNA: the team has won multiple French Barista and Brewers Cup titles, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of excellence. They roast lightly to showcase aromatic complexity, emphasising quality, authenticity and balanced extraction. The coffee bar at 1 Rue Andrieux in Reims offers a space for customers to experience their award‑winning coffees.
