Moklair Coffee Roasters is a micro‑roastery and coffee bar in Reims, France. Founded in 2020 by champions Kévin David and Charity Cheung, it specialises in light, clean roasts and has earned multiple French Barista and Brewers titles, reflecting its competitive DNA.
