Wubita Queen comes from Gedeb, one of the most renowned coffee origins in Ethiopia. It is produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee, led by Wubit Bekele, a pioneer in promoting women’s leadership and sustainable development in the Ethiopian coffee industry. This lot was fermented anaerobically for nine days, yielding a vibrant and refined cup.
