To emphasize clarity and a pure aftertaste, the coffee undergoes a washed processing. It is then dried on terraces for 14 days until a moisture content of 11% is reached. The Caturra variety often contains chocolate-like tones and a bright acidity. San Ramón is a Typica variety originally grown in the city of the same name in Costa Rica. This variety is sweet and has cocoa flavors with a hint of citrus, providing a full body.
