Gailplativar Peaberry

This beautiful peaberry coffee comes from Tolima, in the midwest of Colombia. Peaberries generally have a more complex flavor because they do not have to share minerals with other berries during the ripening process. The coffee is dried for three weeks, enhancing its sweetness and complexity. The result is an incredibly sweet and silky coffee with delightful notes of passionfruit, lychee, and bonbon. It is delicious on its own but also tastes fantastic with a splash of milk.
