They believe life is too short for bad coffee and focus on traceability, fair wages and roasting techniques that showcase the best qualities of each bean. Operating a roastery and showroom on Skjoldhøjvej 39 in Sabro, the Lajmi family welcomes customers for advice and conversation over a cup. Their brand voice is passionate, authentic and educational, emphasising quality, craftsmanship and community.
