Ceiba is a tree native to Central America, considered sacred by the Maya. Café Ceiba comes from various producers in the Marcala region of La Paz, Honduras, and is 100% organic. The coffee is grown in collaboration with COMSA, a cooperative that helps farmers transition to sustainable organic farming.
