MANTIQUEIRA RUBY is a specialty coffee developed in collaboration with Victor Morassi, who runs his own coffee farm in Brazil. This coffee is our darkest roast, featuring notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and cocoa, with a full body and low acidity, offering a long aftertaste. Suitable for both filter and espresso.
