Founded as a single café in Aarhus, Denmark, La Cabra was driven by curiosity to understand what lay further down the coffee chain. By 2013 they began sourcing and roasting their own coffees, building a bakery and nurturing relationships with progressive growers to showcase brightness and quality. Today La Cabra has grown into an internationally respected coffee roastery and café brand. With locations in Denmark, New York, Bangkok and Oman, the team of hundreds strives to preserve their core philosophy of quality, transparency and curiosity while offering a transparent look into production through spaces like their Bushwick roastery in Brooklyn.
