Crafted by Wandhe Family Estate, this small-batch Excelsa showcases the true terroir of Wonosalam, East Java. Grown in the cool, humid highlands, the cherries develop a distinct regional character. Only fully ripe cherries are handpicked, then processed with the Mossto Natural method, using fermentation juice from a previous batch to build complexity before being carefully sun-dried.
