Honduras Hybrid Washed Whiskey Barrel Fermentation

In the highlands of Honduras, Caturra and Catuai varieties grow slowly. After harvest, the beans undergo a meticulous full-washed process and are placed into sherry whiskey barrels, absorbing sweet vanilla and dark chocolate flavors. The result is a coffee rich in flavor, smooth in texture, with notes of candied cherry and nougat cake, concluding with a satisfying dark chocolate aftertaste.

The roastery is distinguished by its innovative packaging, which draws inspiration from Indonesian legends and uses neon color gradients and animal personalities to visually map flavor profiles, aiming to make specialty coffee accessible to a wider audience.
