Focused on high-quality, small-batch roasting and long-term producer relationships, Frukt supplies seasonal and special-release coffees to wholesale partners and direct customers, and operates a downtown showroom for retail and tastings.

About Frukt
Frukt Coffee began in 2018 when Samuli Pääkkönen founded Frukt Coffee Roasters in Turku after experience roasting locally and at Coffee Collective in Copenhagen. The company’s mission is to elevate the value of coffee — ‘less but better’ — by investing in high-quality green coffee and best practices. Frukt aims to deliver quality across the value chain, from producers to consumers, operating a roastery (open by appointment) near Turku harbour and a public Showroom coffee bar opened in summer 2024. They work with local partners (e.g., bageri Å, Kaskis, Kakolanruusu, Tiirikkala) and offer roastery tours and private tastings for groups.
