A very elegant washed lot from Diego Baraona's Los Pirineos farm, featuring a sweet expression of milk chocolate, nougat, and yellow fruit. This silky coffee is produced from some of the oldest Bourbon trees in El Salvador, cultivated by the 5th generation of the Baraona family.
