This natural processed coffee is produced by Khalid Shifa at his Echemo farm in Jimma, Ethiopia. It is a beautiful representation of the Natural processed Ethiopian coffee, clean and quite juicy with tropical fruit aroma and milk chocolate finish. Very nice for espresso and pairs well with milk too.
