This is a blend of washed coffees from Lagunetas producers in El Salvador and farmers in Agaro and Nekempte, Ethiopia, sourced directly and then sent to be Swiss water processed in Canada. A sweet coffee with raspberry juice acidity and flavors of baked peaches, graham cracker, and melon.
