Since 1995, Mario and 'La Gena' Cristiani have grown their unique varieties inside the Trifinio Biosphere Reserve, where El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras meet. With careful cultivation beneath cloud forests, washing, fermenting and meticulous drying on raised beds, their SL28 offers a crystalline expression of variety and terroir, showcasing chamomile, raspberry, sugar cane, red currant and bergamot.
