About
The Finca Huixoc, founded in 1947, is the first coffee farm in Huehuetenango, led by Alejandro Solis for the past 15 years. The farm has undergone significant restoration, planting over a million coffee trees and renovating its washing station. It spans 105 hectares and employs between 15 to 100 people seasonally, contributing to local economic development.
