In the Sierra de Las Minas, José Higinio Gómez and Aura Libia have been pioneers of coffee cultivation since 1988 with the San José Las Moritas farm. The estate spans over 150 acres and cultivates high-altitude varieties in a sustainable approach, ensuring consistent and high-quality coffees through rigorous cherry selection and controlled fermentation.
