In the lush mountainous region of Gedeo, often referred to as Yirgacheffe, coffee is cultivated under natural shade by small producers. The cherries are processed at the Adado washing station, supported by Tracon Trading, a reference in quality and traceability in Ethiopia. Exceptional micro-lots and rare varieties reveal the full potential of the terroir.
