At the foot of the Volcán de Agua in Ciudad Vieja, Finca Relámpago is rooted in the volcanic terroir of Guatemala. Taken over in 2024 by Josué Morales (Los Volcanes Coffee), the farm is designed as a place for research, experimentation, and transmission. High-altitude varieties, regenerative practices, and controlled fermentations push the limits while honoring local heritage.
