This barrel-aged coffee is the result of a close collaboration between Distillerie de Québec and us. The coffee from Guatemalan producer Randolfo rested in oak barrels that previously aged St-Roc rum. Once roasted, it yields an exceptional coffee with complex aromas of banana, orange, rum, and waffles.
