The Maragogype variety, known as Elephant Bean, is one of the largest coffee varieties cultivated globally. When produced at a minimum altitude of 1500m and in volcanic soil, it offers an exceptional cup. This lot from Mauricio provides a coffee with a lot of body, silky texture, and notes of grape, hibiscus, and chocolate.
