Fantôme Café

Fantôme emphasizes direct relationships with small coffee producers: the team travels to origins to meet producers, work with farm workers, develop multi-year development plans and buy directly at prices that ensure financial viability. The project began by reconnecting with producers in El Salvador (Juayúa) and has supported individual producers such as Ingrid Olivo since 2019, purchasing initial specialty batches and committing to long-term support and development. Fantôme intends to add new origins while keeping producers at the center of their approach, prioritizing traceability and producer welfare.
