Drip Roasters

Drip Roasters began roasting specialty coffee in Bern in 2018. From the start they chose to source only single‑origin beans from specific farms and cooperatives, roasting them lightly to showcase each coffee’s unique character. In early 2021 the roastery moved to a larger space in the Galgenfeld area to support sustainable growth. The company’s values center on transparency, fair direct trade and sustainability. They work closely with producers, pay more than the minimum fair‑trade price for green coffee and strive to minimize resource use and waste. Their café at Belpstrasse 69 doubles as a shop and education hub, offering subscriptions, brew guides, tours and tastings, inviting customers to learn about the journey from bean to cup.
