Colombia Santander Decaf

This is a sweet and balanced decaf with notes of chocolate, toffee and citrus fruit. The coffee is grown by multiple smallholder producers from various municipalities in the department of Santander, mostly in the «Cordillera Oriental» (Eastern Cordillera). It was decaffeinated in Colombia using the ethyl acetate process, also known as the sugarcane method.

Drip Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café based in Bern, Switzerland. Founded in 2018, it focuses on single‑origin, light‑roasted beans, transparency and sustainability, paying farmers above fair‑trade prices and offering subscriptions and education at its Belpstrasse café.
