The Field Blend originates from ongoing research at Finca El Puente on African varieties cultivated in different plots. The aim is to understand which varieties express the best aromatic potential and how they can combine to create unique flavor profiles. This blend was created almost by chance after a cupping session, resulting in an exceptional cup.

Ditta Artigianale, based in Florence, Italy, is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2013 by three-time Italian Barista Champion Francesco Sanapo with Patrick Hoffer.
