The Field Blend originates from research at Finca el Puente on African varieties. It was created by chance after a cupping session, combining beans from four varieties. The blend combines SL28, Batian, Geisha, and Ethiopian varieties, sourced from different areas of the farm, resulting in an exceptional cup.

Ditta Artigianale, based in Florence, Italy, is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2013 by three-time Italian Barista Champion Francesco Sanapo with Patrick Hoffer. As a micro-roastery with multiple cafes, it aims to usher Italian coffee culture into the specialty era with world-class beans and craft.
