Las Perlitas Pink Bourbon is a washed coffee from small lots of producers in Huila, cultivated at altitudes between 1900 and 2300 m. It stands out for its vibrant acidity, fruity sweetness, and delicate floral notes, offering an elegant and complex cup profile. Each micro-lot is selected through a rigorous cupping process and physical checks before being included in the main lot.

Ditta Artigianale, based in Florence, Italy, is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2013 by three-time Italian Barista Champion Francesco Sanapo with Patrick Hoffer.
