La Falda farm is located at 1800m in Intibucà. This coffee undergoes fermentation for 24 hours after harvesting, followed by another 40 hours before washing and drying. The process ensures uniform drying for 20-25 days until humidity reaches 10%. Nordic Approach has partnered with 60 small farmers in Intibucà to produce specialty coffee.
