The duo sources their beans as directly as possible, building long-term relationships with farmers and cooperatives. Their small café and retail shop on Fleischhauerstraße offers freshly roasted specialty coffees alongside pastries like vegan apple cake and cinnamon rolls. They also operate a coffee school and barista courses in Lübeck, sharing knowledge about specialty coffee and helping enthusiasts of all ages develop their skills.
