With 'La Limonera', we present the first of our two Pacamara coffees from El Salvador for the dark season. Pacamara, a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogipe, is known for its large beans and complex flavors. This coffee from Finca La Limonera, grown at 1600 meters, leans towards the Maragogipe side with large beans and impressive fruitiness. Expect deep red flavors of black currant and blackberry, with a hint of dark chocolate in the finish.

Cycle Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café based in Lübeck, Germany. Founded by baristas Philip and Sergey, it emphasizes making specialty coffee accessible to everyone.
