This is our next automatic blend. The goal was to develop a strong but not bitter coffee for your automatic machines. The selection of raw beans is crucial for a good coffee from the automatic machine. The coffees should not bring too much acidity but also not be flat and dull. We chose a 50/50 blend of our Brazilian and the new Peruvian beans, both roasted separately for this blend.
About Cycle Roasters
Cycle Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café based in Lübeck, Germany. Founded by baristas Philip and Sergey, it emphasizes making specialty coffee accessible to everyone. Cycle refers to the ongoing cycle of harvest, processing, roasting and consumption, and they roast and serve espresso and filter coffees while teaching barista skills.
