This natural process coffee was collaboratively produced by Ture Waji and Mike Mamo, located in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia. The high elevations and cool microclimate support a slow maturation of the coffee cherries, contributing to a sweet and complex cup with notes of orange and melon, and a white sugar-like sweetness.
