Bench Coffee Co. started in 2014 when a group of coffee enthusiasts opened a small micro-roastery and café in Melbourne with the aim of bringing baristas and customers closer together. Built on honest hospitality, coffee excellence and thoughtful design, the brand has grown into a community of five shops across the city. In 2022 it established the Brunswick Roastery, a dedicated roastery, brew bar and collaborative workspace in partnership with Little Cardigan Bakery. Housing a Loring roaster and the company’s offices, it serves as a hub for production, learning and hospitality. Bench Coffee Co. remains committed to delivering exceptional coffee and creating welcoming spaces.
