Cristina Solis inherited land and started cultivating coffee with her husband. They produce a small harvest and have diversified their farm. Cristina aims to sustain the farm for future generations.
About Bean in Progress
Bean in Progress is a Basel, Switzerland micro roastery and specialty café. Founded around 2020 after eight years in coffee, the roastery champions the motto “progress, not perfection,” roasting and serving high‑quality beans inspired by the coffee cultures of Copenhagen and Tokyo.
