Mélange Maison is where we experiment with new blends for our coffee. This blend is designed for espresso and pairs perfectly with milk, featuring a two-part blend of Mt Echo Brazil and washed Guatemala, bringing notes of hazelnut and milk chocolate.

Yamabiko Coffee Roasters is a small‑batch specialty roaster based in the mountain town of Sutton, Quebec. Founded by Chris Shinn and Nahoko Nakada, the team honours the “echo in the mountain” spirit by sourcing eco‑friendly beans, roasting to unlock unique regional flavours and fostering community and sustainability.
