V2 of our house blend is another Brazil/Colombia beauty. We've sourced a delicious honey processed castillo from Aponte, Colombia, blended with 50% of our house Brazil from Sertaozinho. This blend offers a chocolatey base with red apples and floral honey notes, resulting in a super sweet and balanced cup.
