Las Laderas sits high between two national parks on the slopes of the Ilamatepec volcano, overlooking Lake Coatepeque. Owned by the Lima family since the 1960s, the farm transitioned to full organic practices after the 2006 volcanic eruption, benefiting from rich volcanic soil and dense natural shade. This coffee is vibrant, layered, and perfect for any brewing method.
