Elegant. Natural Processed Ethiopia Yirgacheffe G3 Natural coffees are known for their fruity, wine-like profiles and vibrant acidity. After harvest, the cherries are carefully sorted and floated to remove underripe and defective fruit. They are then dried on African raised beds for 12 to 15 days, allowing for slow, even drying that enhances the coffee’s sweetness and body.
