This coffee was produced at Helsar de Zarcero in the sunny highlands of Llano Bonito, West Valley, Costa Rica. The coffee is a blend of Caturra, Catuai, and Typica varieties, harvested at optimal ripeness and processed using a water-efficient system. The result is a balanced coffee with juicy acidity and floral notes.
