This coffee was produced at Helsar de Zarcero, a processing station in sunny highlands of Llano Bonito, West Valley, Costa Rica. The team has been working since 2004 under progressive ecological principles, using rainwater and fresh water in their eco-pulpers, and planting trees annually to offset CO₂ emissions.

WAY Coffee Roasters is a Gent-based specialty coffee roaster and hospitality group founded in 2017. Built around a central roastery at Dok-Noord, WAY blends craft roasting, a plant-forward bakery and multiple neighborhood cafés across Ghent to deliver sustainably sourced, specialty-grade coffee and training.
