Uraga sits high in the Guji zone, where altitude, volcanic soil, and traditional farming all converge to produce some of Ethiopia’s cleanest washed profiles. This lot comes from Gogogu Washing Station, an established site run by Nigusse Debela and supplied by more than 400 smallholder farmers from the surrounding area. The result is crisp and balanced, with exactly the clarity you expect from great Ethiopian espresso.
