This washed lot comes from smallholder plots in the village of Boreta, high in the Arbegona district of Sidama. Grown at altitudes over 2200MaSL, cherries ripen slowly, developing dense sugars and refined complexity. Expect clarity and vibrancy, with lemongrass and citrus brightness layered over a creamy, full-bodied base.
